Application
The microwave sensor measures the moisture content (water absorption) of sized warps contact less and on-line. The degree of sizing is thus also measured if the bath concentration of the size is constant.

Construction of AS120 sensor
The measuring heads are protected against the steam vapours occurring downstream of the size box and the high temperature by means of a temperature controlled air shower.
